Evaluate your progress over the past year:
communication skills
general skills
interpersonal skills
written skills 

Think about what you have learned from giving presentations, taking part in discussions, producing written documents, planning questions for questionnaires etc.   How well did you do this?  Which skills have you learned or improved?  What areas still need developing, and how will you do this? 

*Consider your communications skills development in all your subjects, not just in IT (and any relevant activities outside college can be considered, too).
